I had both hot and cold water run to the outside of the house and hooked up a watering wand that can be placed into a holder on the wall to make a shower. My new favorite thing is showering in the rain (but NOT during an electrical storm - that could be risky).

Hi John, Would like to talk to you about your house. It would be great if you could get intouch with me.
Brilliant. But don't the neighbors mind you showering in the open like that?
No complaints yet from the neighbors. They would have to be trespassing to get an eyeful, as I'm pretty much blocked from the street by vegetation.
Uncle John, I think any peeping toms would be gracious for your outdoor shower.
Hello, came across your blog by hitting the 'next blog' button. We also have a home in the catskills, but have just moved south to escape the long cold winters up there. Love the outdoor shower, you may have just inspired me to go ahead with it. Right now we have a 'camp' with an outdoor sink, so the shower is only a few pieces of pipe away. keep blogging :->
I think outdoor shower must have some privacy. If your house is cover with an larger space then it would be good. It feels like an nude while having outdoor shower.
Thanks for sharing. Outdoor activities is really more fun when there is an outdoor shower and portable toilet. This information really helps a lot. Keep posting!
